Client Account Director
Role Definition
Ensures the follow-up, coordination, and control of client projects to guarantee complete client satisfaction. Also ensures compliance with commitments and maintains strong relationships at all times.
Main Responsibilities
- Maintain up-to-date communications and information
- Provide support services and prepare proposal documents
- Act as a resource person and represent the company to clients
- Manage client files, identify new opportunities, and contribute to business development
- Comply with administrative and quality procedures
- Coordinate operations with logistics and laboratories
- Handle complaints and client dissatisfaction
Minimum Education
- Training in a scientific field (preferred)
Minimum Experience
- Two (2) years of experience as a Project Manager
- Experience in an environmental analysis laboratory (asset)

- Strong planning, coordination, and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Availability
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Intermediate English (spoken and written)

Position Details
- Start Date: February 2, 2026
- Temporary: One (1) year contract
- Full-time: 40 hours/week
- Flexible schedule
- Remote or hybrid work at one of our sites
