As required following the announcement of the Quebec government on March 23, 2020, our services will be maintained only for regulated drinking water, wastewater and regulated environmental monitoring. Furthermore, ONLY WEB REQUESTS FROM OUR CLIENT PORTAL WILL BE ACCEPTED. NO PAPER REQUEST WILL BE ACCEPTED.
We therefore advise our clients, partners and suppliers that this is effective immediately and all samples received after March 24, 2020, 4:00PM will be processed following the new guidelines shown in this communication.
Residential clients will be allowed to buy only online for potability analysis and other analyses for health requirements only (visit our online store). No sample from a residential client will be accepted at our store directly.
At H2Lab we will do our best to respect prior engagements but may have some delays. We are doing our best to keep all our clients satisfied but we will prioritize samples in order to respect holding times, during this COVID-19 crisis period.
Be advised that we are constrained to temporary close our Vaudreuil-Dorion branch and our Joliette Laboratory. All clients from those two places must ship their samples to our Sainte-Agathe-des-Monts Laboratory (get direction here)
To all our Abitibi-Témiscamingue clients, the Val-d’Or laboratory will be temporarily closed, and you will have to ship your samples directly to our Rouyn-Noranda laboratory (get direction here)
Our collection services and sampling services are both suspended (except for sampling required for regulated drinking water analysis that are already planned). We invite our clients to use transportation companies’ services instead of our collection service.
This is a very difficult situation requiring difficult decisions, but we hope that we will get through this COVID-19 crisis altogether, with minimal damages. We will keep you informed of any changes in our situation by email or on our web platform. We strongly encourage you to follow us on Facebook or look at our website to stay informed and updated on our operations.
